We purchased Hunter Douglas blinds for our new home and the entire process was great. Jizelle explained all of our options and helped us pick the best fit for our windows. The installation was done professionally and went much quicker than we expected. We absolutely love our new blinds!

Really friendly and not pushy. We love how our blinds look and the quality is top notch. It only took a few weeks from deciding what we wanted to having them ready and installed. The installation process took about half an hour for 4 windows.

We have been using Betz blinds for many years and the reason we have done so is because of the great service. We went in to change the window coverings on the kitchen and ding room. They helped us in the show room and once we picked out the style they set up a time to come out and measure. Once that was done and ordered it only took approximately 3 weeks to show up. They came out today, installed them and did a great job and very clean in doing so. I would recommend Betz as they have great products and great service.

Jizele came to our home to price quote blinds on new windows that we had replaced in our home. She was very helpful in suggesting some color options, appreciated her help. We are have fairly big windows on the main level. We purchased for 7 windows and a sliding glass door. We really like the way it looks.

Had a wonderful experience with Gisele and the installer. Very thorough communication, explanation of various window treatment selections. She was very patient in working with us through various quotes, color, fabric selections. Install was very quick once window treatments were in and they are beautiful. Very happy with the final outcome.

Great business to work with. We had an issue with the chain of the blinds being too long for our toddlers and they helped us fix the issue. In addition, they provided us with excellent advice to get great value on our blind choices. We were thinking of spending more but after showing us the pros/cons advised us that it may not be worth the extra cost for our situation. After installation and seeing the product I would definitely agree. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Considered Lowe’s and discount services and install them ourselves. Our windows are 6 foot by 6 foot so we’ve been putting this off. Stopped by Betz blinds just for some answers as I was getting frustrated with everybody knowing nothing. I had no expectations here when I walked in. But Adam changed all my doubts. He knew exactly what I wanted and listened to our needs. I walked out excited as I felt we accomplished something. Next day they came up to measure (in a snow storm). Estimated time 5 weeks to install. They were installed in 3 weeks and boy were they quick. I think it took longer to bring in the ladders for my big window 20 feet up than it did to install them. Customer service A+++. 1 is solar motorized and 2 are manual pull. They are smooth quiet and high quality. Merchandise A+++. With all the expertise, knowledge, and being specialized we expected to pay much more but compared to other quotes mentioned above they came in within pennies which made them affordable. Value A+++

The true measure of customer service arrives when things are not quite what you expected and the company never bats an eye in ensuring you are satisfied. The black out blinds are top notch with both the pull up and down feature. Installation was quick. Adam was very knowledgeable and informative when we first met and even helped us with some existing coverings that we ultimately kept, outstanding! We asked Adam to visit after installation and he helped us make some minor adjustments to the shades and showed us how to do so ourselves should we wish to do so in the future, again very patient and helpful. We had some question on the fitting of the sidelight blinds. Adam and Kristy worked with us to ensure we were ultimately happy with them. They made us feel valued and appreciated. We would recommend working with them for any of your window covering needs.

You were very helpful with helping me choose the correct shade for my kitchen. The gentleman came out measured the window listening carefully about my if anything concerns ,but reassured me . We recently moved into a new home and could not figure out how to get the blinds down. Adam from Betz Blinds came out and showed us how, and didn't even charge us for his time! I had very good service. I was asked questions about what benefits I wanted the blinds to provide (thermal, privacy, control of outside light, etc.) I was provided information about the various styles and materials. During the visit for selecting the style, features, colors and taking measurements, points were confirmed about what I wanted.
Installation was very quick and professional. He explained about what to expect as the blinds relaxed and fit the window. I was encouraged to contact them with any questions or concerns about the blinds.

Our experience with Betz Blinds was lovely! The customer service was great from on the phone, in person in the store and during installation. They were very personal, understanding and helpful! One specific example was I needed a sample of the color of wood my husband picked out for our blind as I was not home the day they came over with my husband. When I went to the store to pick it up (which they were going to close in about 30-45 minutes) they were very helpful and did not hesitant to let me take the sample home so close to closing time. After installation they sent a personalized, hand written thank you note, which is very uncommon for business to do now a days, but it is greatly appreciated and nice to know that they actually care about their customers/appreciate their customers business with them! Highly recommended for those looking for a place to get blinds ;)

This place is awesome. The prices are fair and there's such a variety. I bought blinds for my living room, bedroom and office. Have worked with this company several times to fix or update our window blinds. We have dogs who are hard on wood blinds. We decided to replace several and made a call. This company knocks it "out of the park". We love our Hunter Douglas Palm Beach Shutters! They are beautiful, and made to last forever! If you just try one window, you will be tempted to do your whole house!

We used Betz Blinds for some of our window coverings when we built our new house 2 years ago (garage blinds, so wanted something cheap, some random locations, and the large front windows, including windows that we couldn't reach, so wanted battery-operated shades). We were very happy with those coverings (selection, price, service, install), and so decided to use Betz again when we finished our basement. They helped us choose something to cover our three-wide patio door that fit the look of the area that we are very happy with. During install, one of the coverings was slightly crooked, and they did not go reach far enough down, so Betz replaced them quickly and with no charge. Very very happy and would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Betz Blinds. They sell quality products and back them up with top-notch service. Six years ago, I purchased blinds from them as a first-time homebuyer in Sioux Falls. They came to my home, were very professional and helped me make decisions on what worked best for my space. I really like what they helped me select. They even helped me find a solution (that didn't included those ugly slatted blinds) for my patio door. I've received so many compliments on it. This past spring I had a problem with my bedroom blind - totally my fault! They had me bring it in and fixed it in a day! They even replaced the tab to raise and lower the shade that I had knocked off and ordered me extras at no charge! This summer, I worked on the planning team for a new church plant on the west side of Sioux Falls. I was in charge of window covering for the building. Betz Blinds was again very helpful in finding window covering that were aesthetically pleasing, met our privacy and light blocking needs, and fit within the budget constraints. Install was quick and easy. They had the blinds up well before our deadline. They are locally owned and care about their customers!

Very helpful when purchasing the blinds, however do not plan on any communication from them if the blinds are backordered or having them installed in a timely manner. It's a shame that a person spends this much money for blinds and then is left waiting for them for such an extended period of time.
