Zach Wiseman is always professional, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He is dependable, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to make sure people have a great experience. I highly recommend working with Zach and his team.

We absolutely love working with Crew! The entire team is made up of fantastic people who deliver outstanding work every time. We jump at every opportunity to partner with them, and Zach always goes above and beyond to show his appreciation.

Khayman and Sy were great! They were very respectful and explained the process they were going to do as well as what would happen when the techs came later in the day. They were very friendly and approached with questions. They also made sure we were able to get to everything we need to get to since this was going to be a multi-day job.

Brock and Jayden were phenomenal during their job. Will definitely recommend them to come back and do more work. Thanks for everything!!!!

The CREW team was absolutely wonderful! They quickly responded to our call and had a crew out within an hour and had equipment set up to dry things out. Jayden and was fantastic! He answered all my questions and reassured us that everything was thoroughly dry. They even went as far as to call a mold specialist to make sure the proper testing was done before things were put back together. I highly recommend them!

I just can’t say enough good things about crew and the customer service that they displayed when helping with my service needs. Working with Mr. Victor Arce, he was very knowledgeable friendly, prompt, and just an all-around great guy to work with. The customer service was awesome. The work performed was done beyond my expectation, and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs cleanup crew, restoration, new construction or whatever you’re looking for. This CREW is the one you want! Thanks Victor. You did a great job.

Zach and Bob are the best. I work for a local insurance agency that work with Crew when our customers have insurance claims. They have always made sure our customers are taken care of during the entire claims process. They are so easy to work with!

Zach has a great personality and is very easygoing. He’s incredibly easy to talk to and makes working with him a really positive experience. Every interaction I’ve had with him has been great—he’s kind, honest, and someone you can truly trust. I highly recommend him! ⭐️

Crew is an amazing service that helped me during a desperate time of need. Showed love and compassion during the whole process. Especially there hard working tech Brock. Saved so many headaches on things I didn’t know

Had the pleasure of helping Jason with a floor buffer rental from Construction Products in Sioux Falls. He was very pleasant to deal with and supportive of different ideas! Definitely recommend!

The team at Crew recently took care of a sewer back up in my basement. They responded and completed the job the SAME day - their timeliness and communication was very impressive. Highly recommend their services!

homely crews one of the best construction groups i’ve ever dealt with, brandon in specifics was great to work with his estimates were great and managing was great. throughout my experience his communication excellent. would highly recommend working with crew- and brandon.

Crew is the best restoration company in Sioux Falls! They are very fast and efficient even after business hours. Zach is so ambitious and detail-oriented when it comes to his position at Crew! Truly, the Crew that cares! 10/10 recommend!

I just want to give a shout-out to Crew and Jay in particular. While I haven’t personally needed their restoration and mold remediation services, I know from his stellar work ethic and character that he’s top-notch. Jay is a genuinely excellent person who puts real care into his work, and I’d absolutely trust him to handle any home restoration job. Highly recommend!

I’m a property manager, and Crew Restoration has become an essential part of keeping our properties running smoothly. When things go wrong, Zach Wiseman is always our first call because we know they will show up quickly and get the job done right. Their team is reliable, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Sioux Falls is fortunate to have a restoration company of this caliber.

Zach and his team are nothing but the best! They are always professional, polite, quick to respond, and help you out when you need it! They stay calm in hectic situations and truly do care about you! Their slogan ‘the crew that cares’ is absolutely fitting. Zach doesn’t treat you like just a client but a friend and someone you can depend on in all situations! I’m blessed and honored to be able to call them and know they will always help out when and where they can!

I can’t say enough good things about Zach. He’s extremely driven, easy to work with and genuinely cares about the people he serves. When you’re dealing with damage and repairs, it’s hard to know who to trust. Zach took the time to explain everything, keeping communication clear and makes you feel supported throughout the entire process. If you’re dealing with water damage and need someone dependable and will have your best interest at heart, look no further.

Crew Restoration and Construction brought my house back to better than pre-water damage condition. They weren't afraid to deal with an old house and the asbestos that comes along with it. The finished job is top notch. I'm a detail person and the caulk work is darn near perfect! I really appreciated the text updates throughout the job and the way they took extra care to make sure the rest of my house was protected from the construction dust and dirt while they were working.

We had some roof wind damage and I made a call to Crew. Kyle and his team were onsite within hours to access the damage and protect the opening of the roof to prevent anymore water damage.
Materials were ordered and put back together in a timely fashion. The one thing that stands out was the communication keeping us updated with ordering materials and getting the repairs completed.
Thanks Crew. 👍👍

I had Crew do some mold remodeling for me, and I would like to acknowledge their efforts. The crew who came out was fantastic. I had no idea what they would be doing but they made it clear. I want to give special recognition to Syionte. Syionte kept me well informed while delivering top quality work, and he was kind enough to answer any questions that I had. I highly recommend this company if you need mold remolding done!

We had a semi catastrophe where our basement flooded unexpectedly. We called Crew and Brock showed up in minutes and instantly began working on containing the situation. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. We were incredibly grateful for his help and hard work on a Sunday afternoon. Highly recommend Brock and the Crew team.

Eric did a great job fixing a pipe, flooring, new vanity and sink, painting, drywall. He was very helpful explaining things. He answered questions that I asked him. He is a super good worker.

What made this process above and beyond was Brandon Vasquez. He worked with us through each step of the process. His responses were always immediate and took care of every "hiccup". Without Brandon, this process of dealing with the issues from out of state would have been a nightmare. We also want to acknowledge Heather in Accounting and Bob S. in Marketing. Both were very responsive and accommodating.

CREW has made some very messy, stressful, awful damaging situations easier than I ever could have imagined. One call to them and they solved the issue for me, came out immediately, gave me a solid plan, eased all of my residents concerns, and any issue I came up with - they solved immediately. They were calm, helpful, so nice. They have gone above and beyond their responsibilities and my expectations. I can't express what a lifesaver they have been. I highly reccommend!! Zach and his team have been incredible. When the walls are caving in (literally) and you have no idea what to do - call CREW!

I had an excellent experience with Crew Construction. They are a very professional company and were able to help my wife and I get through some very difficult insurance claims. They also did excellent work on our roof replacements and interior water damage at our three rental properties in Sioux Falls, SD. Bob S. was my initial introduction to Crew and he was very helpful getting me connected to the Crew team. Thanks Bob. However, the key person in the whole process was the Estimator, Jael B. He was absolutely incredible dealing with the insurance company and getting our claims through. Jael is knowledgeable, experienced, responsive, professional and has a very friendly and open personality. We would not have received anything from our insurance company on these storm damage claims if it wasn't for Jael's experience, persistence and skill set. We can't thank Jael enough for his dedicated work on these claims that lasted over six months. Thanks so much Jael. The other folks at Team Crew were very nice, professional and good to deal with too. So if you need to deal with insurance claims and / or get construction work done, Crew Construction is the company to call. Thanks again Team Crew . . . You're the best. Steve and Arlene.

I’ve known Kyle, the owner of Crew Construction, for years, and his integrity and love for this industry is unmatched. He runs his business with the same values he lives by—honesty, reliability, and a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. This guy doesn't stop and neither does his team! If you want someone who cares, this is the company for you!

Whether it’s a small project or a major build, you can trust Kyle and his crew to exceed expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch restoration, design and construction services! Go Crew! A++++

The guys that came to evaluate what I thought was a huge problem were professional, courteous, thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. They took pictures, climbed on the roof and in the attic. They showed me the roof and attic pictures which were all ok & everything was dry! I just needed to paint the ceiling! It took me a minute after they left to realize that is all I had to get done! The ONLY thing I wished was that there was a follow up call or email/text with the photos and findings maybe.

CREW, along with Visions design did a home remodel project for us last fall and even when I made a pretty major change half way through the project, they rolled with it and I LOVE the end result! (I sit in my dreamy sunroom with my coffee every single morning!) 🩷

There was a slight mishap with our kitchen cabinetry and you know what? They acknowledged it, fixed it, and their vendor went ABOVE AND BEYOND to see that we were more than happy with the end result. We went from dark woods and brown/black counters to bright, airy, and dreamy! Thanks so much, CREW!

First, a special thanks to Trevor Daily of Budget Blinds for introducing us to the Crew Construction & Restoration team.

We utilized Crew to prepare our deck for installation of automatic outdoor (Budget Blinds) shades. Our primary (Crew) contacts were Jael and Brandon. Both delivered exceptional customer service and reliable timeline commitments.

Jael provided transparent itemized quotes and responded immediately to our sometimes last minute changes. We always understood the cost of each phase of project before the it started.

Brandon met with the workers at our home at the start of each phase to ensure everyone was on the same page. He routinely checked in with us until the project was completed. We had complete confidence every step of the way.

Our project included 3 stages including construction, electrical, and staining/painting. Each team was meticulous in their work and clean up.

We are bringing Crew back to provide quotes on multiple projects because we trust them.
We highly recommend the Crew Construction & Restoration.

Crew is an absolutely amazing team to work with! They are professional, supportive, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Zach and Brandon are great!! Highly recommend working with them!

Brandon was an amazing project manager for our bathroom remodel. Tyler and Bryson were the two technicians that handled all the work. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. 10/10 would recommend. Amazing communication and the Crew proved they care.

I’ve known Kyle and the team at Crew Restoration for years, and I can personally vouch for their professionalism, integrity, and top-quality work. They run a tight, no-nonsense operation and consistently deliver outstanding results.

They work extremely well with insurance companies — but more importantly, they don’t let adjusters push them around, which is crucial when you’re dealing with property damage and trying to get what you’re owed. Crew Restoration always puts the customer first and makes sure the job is done right, without shortcuts.

If you’re facing any kind of property damage, I highly recommend giving them a call. You’ll see firsthand why they’ve earned such a strong reputation.

"D" Did an awesome job on the final cleaning after my basement was flooded. I was beyond satisfied with her work. My
basement was spotless. I highly recommend her services!! ""DzD's" work is definitely perfection!! Thank you so much for your superb quality of work!! You are definitely an asset to the
CREW team!!

Thank you "D"
Carmen Jurgensen

We had a big water loss from our dishwasher. Crew did an amazing job from start to finish. D stopped by after everything was said and done for a final clean. She was so sweet to work with and helped answer my personal cleaning questions. I would highly recommend using Crew construction

We had a part on our dishwasher break and flood our entire kitchen causing damage to not only the kitchen but the space beneath the kitchen. CREW was quick to come out and help clean this up and then did an awesome job with restoring the damaged space! Everyone has been wonderful to work with but special shout out to Brandon and Sophie! They were speedy with replies, answered all of my questions, and are genuinely just some of the kindest people. They definitely made this tough situation much better and I greatly appreciate all their help! Would absolutely recommend this company to others!

Overall, we have had a great experience with CREW leading the charge to finish our basement. We had a few hiccups along the way, but every time we communicated a discrepancy they addressed the issue. Shout out to Vic and Brandy for taking care of us. One area of improvement would be better communication throughout the process among all parties: Crew, customer and subcontractors. We are excited to fill our new livable space and use it as something other than storage.

TLDR: Crew was awesome. And treated me well. They did a super nice job! I'd definitely hire them again!
Long story: I called several companies and not a single one actually got back to me with an estimate for well over a week, if they even got back to me at all. Crew was able to get me moving right away. I work overnights so my schedule is a little crazy. They worked around my schedule without a problem, which is rare. Some issues arose with the work but to my surprise they listened to every concern I had and fixed it right away. No questions asked. They went above and beyond. I even had a little "emergency" that wasn't connected to my job that they helped me out with, again, no questions asked. Brandon was my project manager and I cannot say enough good words about him. He was on top of everything and was the one who was there to listen to all of my questions, comments, concerns, everything. Brandon definitely truly cares about his job and most importantly, his customers. And there needs to be a shout out to a few key techs also. Dylan, Sy, Eric, Kaitlynn, and Cole. They all really, truly encompass "teamwork makes the dream work".
Thanks Crew for saving my butt!

We highly recommend the team at Crew! Their work is stellar, and they are punctual and easy to reach. Thank you, Crew!

Travis from Crew Construction assisted us in demolishing our 93-year-old, four-story hotel. This complex project encountered numerous unexpected challenges, but Travis remained confident in his ability to complete the job. His communication throughout the process was excellent, and he went above and beyond by attending various meetings and phone calls with city and state departments. The project timeline was well-managed, which was crucial given the clinic's proximity to the hotel. Travis successfully completed the job, impressing many along the way. He also followed up afterward to ensure everything was in order. I highly recommend Travis and Crew Construction for any construction needs!

Crew is absolutely fantastic! Zach is absolutely wonderful to work with! Everyone is very helpful and professional! I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and clients! Top notch!

I added a deck to my house. It turned out fantastic. I was well informed by Travis what was going on every step of the way. The crew was very professional and completed the project in a timely matter.

Going forward, my business will go to CREW. I had nothing but the best service. I talked to a crew member “Victor” and he was very courteous and set me and my family’s mind at ease. He is very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done and was able to answer all of our questions. Crew will now be our go to for emergencies.

Zach was excellent to work with after my wife and I recently had a fire in our home. He made sure we knew every little detail about how the whole process works. Highly recommend Zach and the whole team at CREW!

Crew has been a great help with handling all of the recent flooding here in Sioux Falls. Zach Wiseman is an amazing point of contact for them! You know you can trust him and the rest of Crew to take care of you when you need them to!

I recently hired The Crew for a remodeling project in my home after dealing with some significant water damage, and I can't recommend them enough! From the initial consultation to the final touches, their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.

The team quickly assessed the extent of the damage and provided a clear plan for restoration. They not only addressed the structural issues but also helped me redesign the affected areas, enhancing both the style and functionality of my space.

The quality of their work is top-notch, and they completed the project on time and within budget. I’m thrilled with the results, and I've received compliments from everyone who visits. If you're in Sioux Falls and need remodeling services, especially for water damage repairs, The Crew is the way to go and ask Zach! Five stars all the way!

We experienced significant rainfall in June, which subsequently led to water damage at one of our rental properties. Zach W. was outstanding! He was immediately on the ball after I contacted him and had crew members on site at 8 am Monday morning. I am extremely impressed with the quality of service he was able to provide. Will be using crew in the future.

Have worked with Crew on a number of occasions, Zach, Bob, Kyle have always been punctual and prompt about my questions and concerns. In regard to my basement rebuild after a water leak they restored it to its former glory while helping me deal with State Farm.

Zach and the whole team at Crew are great to work with. As a plumbing contractor I can't recommend them enough. They are my go to when I have a customer with water damage! Hands down the most professional in the Sioux Falls area. Honest, fast, good people.

I like crew because they're experts at mitigation and ensuring my clients get full value on homeowners claims. Additionally, you can trust Zach Wiseman and the CREW to do a professional job.

They were really quick and got our basement dried after the flood. We would highly recommend them

Excellent communication, works with your insurance company, amazing work, incredibly fast. We will definitely recommend and use their services for any future projects we have.

Very thorough on my quote and went above and beyond on the job it took less time than I thought and looks amazing!! Thanks Scott

Crew construction and Restoration handled our water damage immediately...the staff was courteous and very knowledgeable...The equipment was put in place right away to dry things out. They worked with the insurance company so we didn't have to. Top notch service. Highly recommend..thank you CREW.

We have used Crew for big and small projects at several of our residential properties and their response time and communication is highly valued.

Renovating an 100+ year old house is quite a difficult task. CREW came in blind to what was behind years of change and cosmetics. Jake, my coordinator analyzed and brought in professional contractors to break it down. We ended up with the original floor plan with a new contemporary interior. We could not be happier!!

Crew Construction responded almost immediately to my emergency! They started the project almost immediately after the initial assessment. Jake from Crew was amazing! He provided great communication regarding the whole process and kept the workers progressing. Unfortunately, the weather stalled the project at times but that is no one's fault. The project was completed and done well.

Lots of companies aren’t worth talking to, but this one was GREAT!! Jael was amazing! Total class act, helped us to get all the work done and even went to bay for us with the insurance company since they didn’t factor in all the costs. We went with Crew because of Jael!

Great teamwork from the leadership team at CREW. They were quick to resolve our emergency and great to work with. Thanks to the team at Crew!

We have used Kyle and his crew several times. They are always very responsive, professional, and the work is always top-notch. Would highly recommend!

Justin was so easy to work with and always had his crew over in a timely manner. He made sure I was aware of any changes and was satisfied with the work before moving on!

They were awesome !!!- I would highly recommend !!!- we had drains freeze in the cold weather - water running all over - we called them - they were on it immediately- so NICE - so PROFESSIONAL- not that I want you to need disaster services- but this is who you want to call !!!

Woke up to 2 rental properties in Sioux Falls with water in the basements. Contacted crew and they had one of their many teams at the first house within an hour of the call. They assessed the situation professionally and took the necessary actions to insure no further damage would occur. I highly recommend using them for any damage related issues you have. I understand from research they do many other types of construction related projects and will look them up for my future projects! Great job today fellas!
