Amazing job! Professional and calm! I have Been there now for chips and had them come to me to replace my windshield! That was honestly such a relief not having to drive anymore with a cracked windshield. It was Replaced right there in my work parking lot, little over an hour and all was done!! I couldn’t believe it. And the best news..! There was no extra fee for them coming to me! ❤️ new windshield…and I couldn’t be any happier! Plus the cute little windshield cleaner can wrapped up with a bow was just so cute 😊 I’ll be back for all my window needs!

I went to the business to have a small chip fixed in the lower left corner of the windshield. They advised me straight forward that it was irreparable. They could have easily filled the chip and not said a word and charged me for it. Then I asked them to replace the windshield. They did it shortly thereafter and completed it in less than an hour. I appreciated the fast and friendly service. Plus free coffee🤣. I would recommend them any time.

Jarvis was very friendly and quick to get an estimate back to us. The price was very reasonable especially considering the included warranty! It was a great value in my opinion. They were able to get the van in within a few days. Very satisfied!

We highly recommend Glass Doctor for both auto and replacement windows for your house. We originally went to Glass Doctor for a chip repair and noticed that they had a home and residential section at their location. We moved into a different house which had a fogged window and a cracked window. After getting some estimates to replace the entire window through other contractors and window replacement companies, the value of just changing the glass was much more affordable through Glass Doctor.

Once we decided to go with Glass Doctor. They made our experience great. We ordered the window, paid half of the bill upfront, and the window came in sooner than expected, and they actually installed it the day after the window arrived at their warehouse. The installers were friendly and efficient and got our windows swapped out in no time.

Again, we would highly recommend Glass Doctor as they are affordable, friendly, and efficient.

Super easy to work with (scheduling and communication), did a great job and made sure I was getting what I wanted and followed through with getting it (factory sun tint). They went above and beyond by moving my state parks pass and work parking permit over to the new windshield. Additionally, I got clear instructions on how to make sure the installation was effective and would last.

Great experience! Tiffany, who sat at the front desk made my first experience phenomenal. She was friendly, more than helpful, and went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of. I was impressed with not only the quality and price point but the turn around time.

We had a mirror cut here and it was very reasonable and done quickly. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.

We also had a sliding glass door pane replaced by them, again very knowledgeable and professional technician.

Carter did an excellent job for my window repairs. Had one that was a bit tricky but it was handled without any problems. Work was seamless and professional. I was overseas during the repairs and they made plenty of accommodations to ensure the work was done in a timely manner, and that all my concerns were addressed.

Always very impressed with the quality, professionalism, and communication at Glass Doctor. They do a great job at explaining my options for fixing my windshields and auto glass and try to find ways to save me money by pointing out chips that can be sealed now rather than needing a full windshield replacement later. And they are fast! They can usually get your vehicle back to you the same day you to bring it in!

Your receptionist is a gem. She was so friendly and helpful! I asked her what her name was, but I can't remember! Im terrible at names! I told her I was walking over to Thornton flooring, and she offered me a car. I declined, but it was very sweet. She made me feel like a valued customer. I talked to Dawn on the phone a couple times, she is also super friendly and helpful. My car was going to take up to 2 hours, it only took one. I recently had my car broken into and struggled to find a replacement window. Most places either didn’t have what I needed or quoted me an outrageous price—one even quoted over $800! Then I called Glass Doctor, and Rose went above and beyond to help me out. She not only found the right window but also took the extra step to verify that it would fit my car perfectly.

After being told by my agent that our windshield replacement would not be covered, I anticipated paying full price to have it replaced. I called Glass Doctor and explained my situation. The rep with Glass Doctor (Tiffany?) challenged me. "I don't believe you", she said. Who's your insurance? I gave her my info. "Oh, we deal with them all the time". Let me conference them in. Boy I'm glad I called! Most other places just took my word. All I had to pay was my deductible which was less than half the cost of replacement and calibration and they came right to us for replacement. I called at least 10 places locally and none of them helped with this. Others had over complicated online quotes which were nowhere close to what the actual costs came to be with calibration included. Glass Doctor had me the full cost within minutes unlike others where I couldn't even talk to a real human to get help unless I sat on the phone forever after finding a hidden phone number!

Seriously, call these guys first! They'll help with the insurance claim and come to you for install. Other's online system couldn't even find my insurance company. Maybe if it wasn't so hard to talk to someone on the phone they could've found it.

Glass Doctor also offer a 1 year warranty for an extra fee which is worth it!

I had two panes of glass custom cut and I picked up at their office. When I got home I realized that they had made a mistake (cut the pieces too short) and called their office. They were very apologetic and not only cut me new pieces but delivered them to me the same day! Mistakes happen but how they fix their mistakes is what really matters. Great customer service!

This location was very professional, flexible with my crazy schedule, let me specify the brand of glass out of what they offered, came in cheaper than anyone else, and had my BMW windshield done in less than an hour. As a master auto tech, it’s hard to hand my keys to anyone, but these folks exceeded my expectations and took great care of my car. The optional warranty and free can of glass cleaner is a nice touch. I’ll recommend them and use their services every time I can.

I was very satisfied with my windshield replacement! Khaler did a fantastic job installing, they even put back my car wash and oil change stickers on the new windshield! The pricing was extremely fair for the exceptional quality of service. The whole replacement took about an hour which I think is reasonable. Their waiting area is very clean and well stocked with cold waters and hot drinks, there was even a patio if you wanted to sit outside. I will definitely be returning for any future glass needs!

My initial review is that all went well with my windshield replacement. Time will tell in terms of the workmanship. All reps were very nice. Would have provided a 5 star rating, however, I paid for the additional warranty, and was to receive some warranty information, but have not as of yet. Have contacted them several times, but still awaiting a resolution.

Glass Doctor men delivered my dining table glass 50” X 66”. half inch glass to set on my base and they did an excellent job of cleaning both sides before setting it in place. The 4 corners seemed a bit sharp so Pam at Glass Doctor sent Tony to our house and he sanded the corners to take the sharp edges off. They look great, very nice finish. Tony was very friendly and very reassuring.

I wouldn't accuse them of being quick. However, once they got to it, they got in there, got the job done, and were professional. They also had the best price out of three places I compared.

I put in a request for a quote on their website for a windshield replacement, and within several hours, I had an accurate quote in my inbox. I was then able to schedule an appointment within the week. Something I didn't know they had was a loaner vehicle that I could use while mine was being worked on, so that was a plus (I didn't actually use it, so I can't speak to that). Justin is a true professional! Our glass doors for three bathrooms look amazing. When we had an issue with our original order through the builder, he stepped in and saved the day! The final product turned out even better than the original order. His level of communication never left us wondering, which can be rare these days. They were able to get my car in earlier than scheduled. It was completed in less time than expected. They stayed after hours (15 min) so I could pick it up. I would definitely recommend them.

I am very pleased with the results of our shower renovation. The Glass Doctor staff helped us from the beginning to the end. After the shower tile was completed, they came out and took accurate measurements for the glass. He explained the installation process and the expected time frame. He also explained that if the glass arrived with any flaw, he would reject it and reorder. It took several weeks for it to arrive ( I was aware ) and Corbin came to install it. Corbin was very polite, professional and easy to talk with. When he was finished, he showed me the working of the door seal, explained the protective coating and recommended a cleaning schedule. After he left, there was not any sign of construction, like you can have after a service person is done. The room was completely clean. I can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism that Glass Doctor and Corbin provided for us.

I was heading eastbound on I-90 when a rock from a truck put a chip on the windshield of my motorhome. We happened to be passing through Sioux Falls, so we looked up glass repair shops. We called Glass Doctor and asked if we could swing by to repair the chip before it got any worse. The receptionist told us to come on over and they would get us in.

Everyone at the shop was great. The receptionist took our insurance information and made the claim so we didn't have to pay out of pocket. The tech who did the work was fairly new, but very polite and complimentary of his employer. We were in and out in about 30-minutes and we couldn't hardly see the chip when they were done. All in all it was about as good an experience as you can have while dealing with windshield problems out of town.

On a road trip through Sioux Falls S. D. And a truck threw a rock, chipped windshield. Called Glass Doctor and although they were busy they understood we were traveling and fit us in. Everyone at Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls was wonderful to work with. From the front office staff to the service staff, all were professional and friendly. While waiting for my car windshield to be replaced, I found it necessary to call my family doctor, only to discover my cellphone was almost dead. One of the front office staff, Rose, provided me with a charger so I was able to complete my call without worry. The service tech, Josh, was a perfectionist, ensuring my car was delivered spotless, and with the windshield installed error-free. Though I hope I don’t, if I ever need another windshield, Glass Doctor of Sioux Falls will do the job.

Had a horrible experience with Auto Glass Express when dealing with rock chips in my windshield. Glass Doctor was SO much more professional and courteous.

The glass tech double-checked with me about needing a ride or anything... and also that the windshield they were installing was correct (without the Ford logo). He explained about waiting an hour after it was installed and why it was necessary. It was nice to know that they cared about getting things right AND making me happy. Great service from the front desk girls to the guy who installed my windshield.

I locked myself out of my house in the dead frigid cold of winter and had to break a window to get into my house. Glassdoctor seemed to be the business around that wanted my business to repair the window and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Not all business will make a house call and they did very promptly. I highly recommend to anybody for any service they may have!
