Intek Cleaning & Restoration

Had very good experience with Intec cleaning 2 wingback chairs. Very nice snd knowledgeable young man did a good job. My only complaint is the minimum price of $160 but knew that going in no

I was very impressed with the cleaning service Intek did on my couch and loveseat. They moved the furniture out, placed furniture mats on the wood floor and carpet, wore bootees and cleaned the furniture thoroughly. They did the back of the furniture the sides and every crevice in the furniture Then they brushed the fabric to ensure there wasn’t a shampoo brush pattern when it dried. Definitely recommend this cleaning company.

Extremely personal and professional! Worked efficiently and left my home feeling like new! Definitely recommend and very much appreciated - thank you!

I just had this service completed and it was problem free. The guy that came over was very friendly and informative. Didn’t quite take two hours to clean two bedrooms, a family room and a hallway. He set up fans for me and the carpet is drying now so I haven’t been down there yet, but don’t foresee any problems. Would definitely recommend.

Parker and Taran did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet and couch. I will definitely call Intek again!

I have utilized various carpet cleaning services within the Sioux Falls area. While each has delivered commendable results, INTEK consistently offers the most competitive pricing without compromising on service quality. Their responsiveness in scheduling appointments and punctuality upon arrival are consistently impressive. Every technician I have encountered has demonstrated exceptional expertise and knowledge of their craft, readily offering valuable advice on preventative measures and long-term carpet maintenance between service visits. Furthermore, their professionalism and trustworthiness instill confidence when they are working within one's home. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.

I will always use InTek for carpet cleaning, they have always been the best. We have used them after another carpet cleaning was unacceptable, InTek improved over the previous cleaning dramatically!

I had another great experience with Intek—they’re the only company I use for carpet cleaning, and this visit reminded me why. Taren did an exceptional job. He worked so hard from the moment he arrived, taking extra time to spot treat every stain and make sure the carpets looked their best. He stayed longer than expected and put real care and effort into the job, and it truly shows. The carpets look great, and I really appreciate his professionalism and dedication.

Highly recommend Intek, and a special thank-you to Taren for his outstanding work!

Intek cleaned our carpet throughout the house. Everyone was great from the beginning when I called for the appointment. The technician arrived right on time & did an excellent job. He was thoughtful & efficient. I highly recommend them.

The technician came on time, reviewed what needed to be done and explained the technique he would use. He was thorough, professional & did a great job. The carpet looks so much brighter & cleaner. Very reasonable price too. We have used this company before and they continue not to disappoint.

Intek cleaned a hide-a-bed couch for me that had some rodent damage from storage. He (Scott?) did a fantastic job! He went over the soiled area twice, cleaned the mattress, and also the canvas under the mattress. The cost was very reasonable. I am delighted I don't have to replace my couch! Thank you, Intek!

Excellent carpet cleaning service. Left the carpets extra clean and smelling great. When we use our Bissell big green it leaves a wet smell but this service leaves a fresh smell while drying. Great technician. Would happily use again.

Absolutely fabulous work. Our carpetblook new. No stains anywhere. Steps are great as well. Such a nice polite and professional team member as well. I highly recommend Intek. Extremely satisfied. Very considerate of us as well. We are Seniors so he was well mannered and polite.

What lucky homeowners we are to have gotten a client recommendation to use INTEK for our carpet cleaning! Parker and Jacob were incredibly efficient, answered all our questions and were very kind. Jacob worked hard revitalizing our carpets and transforming an older recliner to like new condition! The b4 and after were stunning! We highly recommend these two professional technicians for your professional cleaning needs!

I needed my carpets cleaned to clean up after my pet messes. They were able to come within two weeks. When Alex showed up we discussed my cleaning areas and concern spots and he got right to work. He was thorough with his cleaning and took the time and care to treat my carpets. He was honest with how he treated the spots and the difference is amazing. My house smells so good and the carpet looks brand new!! They said they can’t guarantee stain removal but any spot that I was able to notice a stain is completely gone! I would (and will) recommend INTEK, and more specifically Alex, to anyone I knew needing carpet cleaning jobs.

Intek did a great job cleaning the carpets in our home. We have dogs and the carpets look like new. The tech was very professional and took great care of our wood floors, walls, and furniture ensuring they wouldn’t get scratched.

The technician came right on time, looked over the areas we wanted cleaned and got right to work. He was up front as to what areas might not come completely clean but that he would do his best. Watching him work, it was obvious that he was doing just that. I was especially impressed with the time and effort he put into cleaning the carpet on the stairs. All in all, my wife and I were very pleased with the results and highly recommend INTEK for your carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Intek came and cleaned our duct work. He had taken out carpet and replaced with luxury vinyl plank. The carpet had been laid over sawdust and dirt and wasn't cleaned up after the house was built. It was a model home so we had no idea until we removed the carpet. Intek was very professional and did an excellent job. Thank you Intek.

Our carpet warranty requires cleaning about every 18 months and Intek was recommended by the company where we purchased the carpet. We’ve seen Intek at Home Shows and spoke with them at a recent in Sioux Falls. I had an extremely pleasant experience from booking the appointment to the completion of the job. The employees arrived about 15 minutes early to get a jump on the work which I appreciated and was ready for. Both men were pleasant and answered my questions. I don’t think Intek was the cheapest from the estimates we received but will most likely book them again!

Had my couch cleaned today. AMAZING! Very detailed and the results show! I am such a fan of INTEK! Crew has always been super professional! I will be back!

The technician (Taryn sp?) did a great job. He kept me apprised of the progress and communication was excellent, especially when he had an issue with his equipment and had to call someone to fix before he could complete the job.

Alex and Scott cleaned my couch and they did an amazing job! They were fast and efficient. Great at communicating and making sureI was happy with the end result.

I worked directly with Bruce in Yankton on cleaning my parents home after a medical emergency. Bruce and his team were absolutely incredible. Not only did they explain every step of the process, they carried themselves with grace and understanding, bringing a little bit of dignity back to a harrowing situation. As a Sioux Falls resident, they made traveling to Yankton for a less-than ideal situation worth the time.

Thank you for everything - you made a world of a difference in our lives.

Alex cleaned the carpet in the lower level of our home and did a wonderful job. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We always use Intek for carpet cleaning, water restoration and duct cleaning and have never been disappointed. Thanks Intek for hiring such good people!

I have now used Intek for a few different services and have been happy with the value up until this point. My only gripe is that after my ducts were cleaned there was some debris outside of all vents. It would have been a nice touch to tidy that up before calling it a day. Chuck is great to work with, very amicable.

Alex's performance was beyond satisfactory. He's very professional, efficient, and truly happy to work for INTEK. It was also reasonably priced. Especially for driving 20 miles one way to see me. The Carpet looks great too!

We had water leak in our kitchen that spread below to our basement area. The crew showed up same day and got right to work. Their fast action and methods saved our kitchen and entryway floors from ruin.
The process is noisy and not a super fast fix, but if you want quality work, you do it thoroughly. Crew was courteous to our family and our family dog.
The Berg family really have a fine operation!!!!

Alex did a great job cleaning our home! Even though we just had the basement carpets cleaned, our entire home smells amazing. The pet smell / stains are completely gone! We're very impressed, especially for the price. Great work, Alex!

The gentleman who came to clean the carpet was excellent, courteous, and efficient. He explained how to care for it, after his excellent cleaning. Thank you

Intel came and cleaned my apartment carpet for me. They did a great job. Everything was dry within six hours.

INTEK Worked me into their schedule on short notice. The tech was very professional, kind, and thorough. I will definitely use them in the future!

Excellent job by both of the guys. Very friendly, respectful and hard working to get stains out of my carpet!!!! Great Job!!! I’ll never go anywhere else for my carpets!

Alex with Intek did an amazing job cleaning our carpets, as well as treating the pet stains, at a reasonable price! He was on time very professional and was knowledgeable on all the questions I had! Our carpet look refreshed! We will be returning customers. Highly recommend!

Our carpet cleaning service person Alex was on time, professional, very personable, and efficient. He got out a stubborn spot in our carpet that we’d had for years! And the scheduler from Intek was awesome as well. Will call them back again for any future needs !

Nex and Isaac were awesome. Very professional and did a great job on my carpet
I would definitely ask for and refer them again! Thanks again!

Terron (sp?) did a wonderful, thorough job with our carpet and a kitchen rug. Our carpets weren’t that dirty but it had been 8 years so wear was beginning to show. Terron was very professional and took great care of the furniture we could not move. He answered all my questions regarding care of carpets. The cost was minimal. They did charge $30.00 in mileage to come to Garretson, which with the cost of gas I expected. We won’t wait as long next time to have our carpets cared for. Thank you Terron and Intec.

Great service and I can feel & even smell the difference since the ducts were cleaned. All 3 gentleman were very friendly and knowledgeable!

Needed help with a mold issue in an apartment unit. Chuck helped us get everything cleaned and tested. Great communication along the way. Highly recommend!

Alex cleaned my carpets and did a great job. He was clean, polite, and professional. We will get our carpets cleaned with Intek again.

I had all my carpets cleaned yesterday. Micheal was on time, very friendly and the carpets turned out beautiful. They even got out the graphite stain. I highly recommend them.

Taran did a great job and was professional and courteous. Would definitely use this company again and I intend to call to get my ducks cleaned out.

Alex, Intek technician, called and wanted to know if he could come early. He was very friendly and professional. It did not take long and he was done. I’m very happy with the job well done!

Intek is a lifesaver! We recently had some bad water damage due to a bad siding company. Water got in through a window, and they pinpointed it so that we could get it fixed. Later, we found that water had gotten into the basement walls through a hole that had been left in the siding. Intek sent someone out for FREE to check the damage and see how far it went into the house. They wanted to make sure we knew whether it was worth filing a claim or not. In the end, the tech assured us the damage was minimal, fixable, and not anywhere else in the house. All meaninf there was no claim to file, and the contractor at fault fixed it up. Intek still did it for free even though the damage wasn't bad enough for them to get the work. Just amazing! Years past, we had them clean carpets and ductwork before moving into our house. They did a great job and made the place feel fresh before we moved in. When we saw the water damage, we knew who to call, and Intek did a great job and secured a lifelong customer. When you have been dealing with bad contractors for months, it is refreshing to work with a company that cares about their customers.

Taran came and cleaned my carpets today and was very professional, did the work in a timely manner, and seemed like he cared about doing a good job. Since I have a dog he asked if there were any problem areas he needed to know about so he could pretreat them before he started. That shows he cared about doing a good job.

Thank you for the great service and I'll recommend this service to all my friends!

Michael and Parker, Fred, as my mom called him, came to my mom’s home, Mary Dirks, and did an amazing job. She was so pleased with the results and them. They addressed every issue that my mom had, and took the extra steps to make sure the result was to her liking. These guys are amazing.
Thank you for a job well done.

Had some water damage in our home and Intek was amazing in helping us get things fixed quickly. We especially loved Ben who was kind, courteous and incredibly helpful in walking us through everything as we had never used Intek before. Cannot thank Intek and Ben enough, worth every penny.

I can't even begin to explain how impressed we are with the quick response and ongoing work to make sure water damage was minimal. We had a pipe burst in the basement ceiling and the team came every day to assess for moisture and shifted their forcus accordingly. I thought for sure we would have to tear down the ceiling, as it didn't seem to be drying very quickly, but they were able to make sure it dried and we have no mold and minimal drywall to replace. The whole team was professional, compassionate and efficient. We especially appreciate Justin and Quinn, this we a stressful time and they worked hard, giving us the confidence that everything would be ok. Thank you!!

Always do a great job. We have used them 3 times for carpets. This was the best job yet.

They were earlier than expected and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. The two techs who came were courteous, polite and very nice. Highly recommend!

I had Intek come clean my carpets today. They showed up on time as scheduled. I have always used Intek. The work they do is top notch, start to finish.

They were great to work with! I would recommend this company to anyone! Easy to work with, reliable and got the job done!

Mike and Alex were prompt. They asked questions, we have an older dog who has had accidents. Mike explained that they would be putting down a pre-spray to attack the dog stains and that they would leave it alone for 30 minutes before starting the cleaning.
They were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them.

Alex and Parker were professional and friendly. They moved my dining chairs back to the table as they are too heavy for me. Parker explained what products they used and why some stains are nearly impossible to remove completely.

I have 3 dogs. Occasionally there is an accident. Previous cleaners state they help with pet stain odors but really didn't. The gentleman who cleaned my carpets today was very professional, listened to my concerns and explained their pet odorization process and waited to make sure it worked. He also recommended scotch guard to aid in future incidents. He sat down and itemized costs with me. Very impressed with the service! Will use again!

Taran and Parker did a great job! They got all the stains out of the carpet and rugs, and treat my home with care.

I hired Intek to clean my vents after purchasing a home from previous pet owners and they were on time and got the job done in a timely manner with little intrusion. It was great to talk to the techs afterwards to get their feedback, as well. Love working with Intek!

Water leak in my finished basement. Furniture was too big for me to move myself. The Intek team moved furniture, brought in fans and dehumidifier, and sucked the water out. The lower part of the wall was particularly wet so they trimmed and also got rid of the padding. It was a month plus long process. But, they were the calvary and saved the day. And life is back to normal. Thank you, Intek!

The cleaning tech was very professional and polite. Explained the cleaning products they use and the disinfectant sprays that I didnt know were all natural and child/pet safe! There is a visible difference in the carpet we had cleaned and installed from only a year ago! Smells and already looks great! Will be using there services again!

Team called to ask IF they could move up my appointment, and then arrived on time. Very friendly and efficient - they knew exactly what they were doing. Did not push me to buy other options (which has happened with other companies). Offered to help with extra little things. Very happy with service.

Had an incident in the basement. Intek was out within an hour to save the day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and on time. 5 star service for sure!

They fit me in last minute and did a great job ! Top notch group crew!! Thanks again

We were able to schedule an appointment during our preferred timeframe. The technician arrived on time and was friendly and personable. The job was done well...our tile floor looks so much better! It was also very reasonably priced: another plus! Highly recommend!

Service was excellent. Job was completed when it planned. Service person was very professional and polite to work with.

Prompt service, very professional, and they did a fantastic job carpet cleaning at my new house. Highly recommend. Harold & Tyler did a great job. Big thank you to Andy Berg for getting me scheduled on short notice. This is the reason they are #1 in the Sioux Falls area for cleaning & restoration.

Just had Robert clean the carpet. Educated me with the thyme oil scent of the cleaning chemicals. Great work, fast and efficient.

They were great! Very friendly and professional. They had no problems with our two big dogs. Got the job done in about 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their ducts cleaned.

We had Intek come clean our carpets today. Taylor went above and beyond by safeguarding our wall corners, was very knowledgeable and nice. He did a very thorough job, and you could tell he took pride in a job well done.

It’s pretty eye opening to see how much hair and dust your ducts can collect over 36 years! INTEK did a fantastic job cleaning them. They showed pictures inside the ducts along the way. Thank you!

Juan and Jack spent time at my home today cleaning out the air ducts in my 70 year old home. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. The quality of their work was top notch. They were efficient, professional, respectful and super nice. And, as a bonus they were fun and funny to chat with as they were bopping around the house doing their work. Thanks for great service!

We had them steam clean the concrete floors in our office space. The guys were prompt, friendly, and extremely courteous. They were efficient and very cautious working around our furniture and equipment. Would call them again in a heartbeat.

Juan and Zach did superior work at our home this morning! Cleaning out our duct work and also the dryer vent that was overdue! Family of five worth of laundry to be had through that vent, was quite the mess in there. Thank You, for accomplishing and freshening up our home! Great Teamwork to these two technicians and getting the things done in a timely fashion!

Intek cleaned our carpets & tile in a commercial building. We were very pleased with the INTEK team and found their prices to be much lower than other estimates we received. Easy to see how they are Local BEST #1 every year!

Robert cleaned our carpet and tile. Looks Awesome like New! If you want the Best in town call INTEK! Thanks Robert!

Our carpets look like new! Great service. Taylor and Taran were very professional. We recommend Intek!!

We were so pleased with how quickly our carpet cleaning could be scheduled, and the cleaning technician was friendly, thoughtful, worked efficiently and arrived on time.

We had our ducts cleaned for the first time and had the nicest tech come out! He was great with our pup and kiddos. Even with the snow, he was attentive to not dragging any of it into the house. Would definitely recommend this company. We'll be seeing them again in the future!

Juan and Steve were incredible. Quick, friendly, and professional. They left our home in better shape than they found it and we’ll come to them first for our next HVAC project.

They were very nice. The house smelt so good when I got home.

I would recommend this company. Juan and Steve were fast and very friendly.

These guys are great! Wow! Amazing! The before and after pictures were so neat to see. I am so glad I made the choice to get my vents cleaned out, its totally worth every penny! thank you intek!!

Air ducts were thoroughly cleaned. Technicians were prompt & courteous.
Very satisfied customer!

I had intek onsite to dry out my wood floor after my refrigerator died causing my ice maker to leak. Overall, they did a great job and were available within a few hours.

There was some confusion around billing (I did not receive a part sheet). I got a call back from Kyle and he was able to quickly address my questions/issues. I greatly appreciate when a company has a responsive team that's willing to address questions/issues.

Overall, good experience and would go to Intek for future needs. Five stars!

Both techicians were friendly and professional. I have used Intek many times over the years and will continue to do so.

The men arrived on time, did an excellent job, done in a couple of hours, and very careful of all our furniture. They even found a camera part that was dropped in the kitchen heat duct many years ago. Great Job Juan and Dalton!!

Robert did such a fantastic job cleaning the carpets of our new house! He is the best and our carpets look great!

Intek did such a great job. My dryer vent was probably never cleaned since the house I just moved into was built. The dryer now works better than ever! Very professional staff that were friendly and super efficient.

Taylor showed up at the scheduled time for my carpet cleaning!! This is always appreciated so I can plan my day. Taylor checked out my carpets and explained what he was going to do to clean the carpets as I did have some high traffic areas. Taylor also told me about their tile floor cleaning which I'm anxious to try to brighten up my tile floors. Once again my carpets look great as this is my second time using Intek and I appreciate that the carpets dry fast too !!

The Intek crew Juan and Harold were very professional did a thorough job. They explained everything they were doing and showed me the results I cannot believe how much dust and debris came out.

This was definitely the right company to go with. They were efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. We had gotten quotes from a couple of different local places for cost and time for vent cleaning, and they were done in a little over half the time as quoted by the other guys for $110 less. Will definitely be going back for any further business.

Juan and Harold did a great job of coming in and getting the job done. They were professional and courteous.

As usual, Intex did a great job. I am always 100% satisfied with their work.

Harold and Juan did an amazing job cleaning our furnace and dryer vents. They were very thorough and made sure to tell us exactly what they were doing including before and after pictures. Intek did a fantastic job! We had our ducts and carpets cleaned and everything looks awesome!

Intek is excellent! They always do a great job and their personnel are very friendly and Professional.

Daryl and Taran were the young men who cleaned our carpets today. They did a magnificent job of cleaning areas that we never thought could look so good. We have carpet that is about 8-10 years old and it looks like new!! Both young men were so personable and trustworthy - they just kept at areas that needed extra work until they were satisfied that they did their very best - and they DID!!! The product that Intek is using is impressive! Thank you for making our carpets look so good and for your sincere care in wanting to do your best for your customers! Jim and Sandy Fink

My father's carpets needed cleaning. We contacted Intek as their service is of the utmost quality. Taylor, Darrell, and Tarin did an outstanding job. We cannot thank them enough for always being there when we need them and for always exceeding our expectations of a job well done!

Fantastic & friendly service ! Loved how they worked hard to spot clean in extra rooms which was included in the quote . The price was so reasonable . We Will definitely schedule again! Our carpets look great without a lingering odor .

Had tile floors and shower cleaned and sealed today. Very reasonable. Friendly people and tile looks great! Will definitely use Intek again.

Al and Juan were very professional. They took the time to explain what they had done and showed me how much gunk came out of my ducts. Al even pointed out that I need a new furnace filter. They cleaned up after themselves as well. I would recommend Al and Juan if you are looking for duct cleaning services.

I was doubting how the carpet cleaning wouldn't work in my kids room just because there was all sorts of stains... when they have gotten bloody noses, markers, crayons, food, you name it they had the stains on their carpet room.. moving out of a 2 bedroom apt and having them do the whole floor they did an amazing job!!! The guys were really friendly and they talk to you as a person and convos about the situation was really of them to work hard to remove all stains! Really guys thanks for ur carpet cleaning services! Will be using the services again for the great job being done!

Robert and Kristin arrived on time, were very professional, and did an excellent job! They ensured proper treatment of a few stains, protected corners of floorboards, furniture, and doorways and also protected wood floor in entryway. Excellent teamwork was evident as they cleaned all carpeting (3 bedrooms, walk-in closet, hallway and stairs. Thanks!

My husband and I recently bought a house and found that the previous owner not only never cleaned anything in the house, but had never cleaned the duct work... ever. The guys at Intek came early and got right to work. Both were super friendly and even let me take a peek at the 20 year old filth that was living in our vents. Now my house feels super clean and smells 30000x better! I'll be using Intek again in about 5 years happily.

Very nice technicians. Did a great job and were very informative! Would highly recommend these guys for duxt cleaning!

These guys were AMAZING!!! Juan & Harold were so courteous and efficient for the tiny spaces they had to work with. They made it work and cleaned up when the were done. They took the time to explain what they had done and what our next steps should be. can't thank them enough!

We have always used INTEK for our carpet cleaning and have NEVER been disappointed.
In addition, the technician was prompt, professional and very conscientious in doing an excellent job on our carpets.
Thank you, INTEK

I had the tile and grout in my kitchen, dining room and foyer cleaned by Intek. It looks amazing! I can't believe the difference, it looks brand new, even though we have lived here for 11 years and the floors take a beating. Thank you Robert and Courtney, very professional and job well done!

Juan and Dan did an awesome job. We live in a really old house (100+ years old) and our ducts have never been cleaned before. Juan showed me some before and after images and the difference was incredible. I especially liked the walkthrough, tips and insight that Juan offered when everything was done.

They were very thorough, clean and friendly. We'll definitely being using INTEK again when it comes time to clean our ducts again!

The professional team from Intek have been great! I first had them clean the floors in our office space and then asked for a quote for our home. After the floor cleaning quote, I inquired about vent cleaning, which I called and scheduled. The teams were prompt and very mindful of expectations. They were thorough and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for carpet, tile, duct or dryer vent cleaning, and even tile showers!! Great job!

Taylor worked so hard cleaning my carpet this morning in my lower level! I would highly recommend INTEK and any of their techs, but especially Taylor. I used to use other companies but approximately 3 years ago began using INTEK. I have never been disappointed. Their techs work harder than any I have ever used and spend a lot of time in doing so. I am a Re/Max Professionals REALTOR and refer INTEK all the time. I suggest you give them a chance if you have not called them. Kenny at INTEK is the Best and always calls to remind me they are coming the next day. :) Celia Hogan
