Went into Karls today, Transaction was very quick, they had what I needed when they said they were gonna have it. Todd was a great salesman very professional. I’m sure I’ll be back to potentially get a dryer later on. I ended up getting a speed queen TC –5 looks like a very good machine. It looks like it’s gonna last for years. I’m so happy.

Drew was are salesman. Top notch! Professional and patient. Always had time to answer any concerns we had. Highly recommend him. The install crews were fantastic! We had a few requests and the completed every thing to our satisfaction with smiles and polite attitudes. We have bought several times from Karl’s and this is Why. They obviously have a culture that cars about the customer first and they deliver. Thank You!!

On Memorial Day, the heating element went out in our dryer. I checked a few places and was set to order a part online when I gave Karl’s a call and someone actually answered on Memorial Day! I spoke with Raymond Bortolussi who did some checking and found the part on hand that I needed. He had a good attitude and mentioned he was close to leaving for the day, but stuck around until I arrived to pick it up. I installed the part and it worked! A surprising end to a Memorial Day and a great experience with Raymond. Thank you Raymond!

Brought our dishwasher in Sioux Falls. Worked with Eric Gould. He was excellent. Nice personality and easy to work with. Did not pressure me to buy the most expensive item and respected my wishes of what I wanted.

Brad Thoelke was so helpful helping me find the perfect ‘smaller’ fridge for my home! After shopping around town, the customer service was the dealbreaker along with it being the best price as well. I felt no pressure and it was a great experience. Thank you Brad!

I bought a new washer/dryer last Feb. '25 and Z.Crisp was the salesman. He did a great job! We had a few hiccups with getting the set "in stock" for delivery, but it all worked out and I don't believe it was any fault of Karls. Just this month, I bought another washer/dryer from Z.Crisp again for a gift and it went smooth again. Z was very thorough and followed through on the final details. I would highly recommend asking for Mr. Crisp and shopping at Karls for any of your future appliance needs.

I had a great experience with Karl’s in Sioux Falls from start to finish. Logan took care of sales. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy—he made the whole process easy and stress-free. Bonus points for listening to what we wanted and staying within budget while being able to find me an appliance that would work with our space.

I’ve always had a great experience here. I’ve bought kitchen appliances, laundry, and many other household items from here. They offer a wide variety of brands and price ranges, so it’s easy to find something that fits both your needs and your budget. The local delivery and installation is a huge plus, and it’s even better knowing they also service what they sell so no need to go somewhere else later.

Had a great experience working with Logan. My wife and I had been looking for new kitchen appliances and didn't really know where to start. Logan was patient with us throughout the buying process, and answered a million questions for me. My wife and I went to Karl's looking for a new oven due to ours no longer working. We had the opportunity to work with Eric and he was great. Eric Gould did a great job helping us find the perfect washer for us. It was in stock and he was able to get it delivered to us within 4 days! It was much less than your competitors and the delivery team showed up early. They did a great job installing the washer and removed the old one effortlessly. Eric Gould met us at the door with a handshake and we immediately made a personal connection being from our hometown of Chamberlain. After laughing and establishing a new retail relationship, Eric Gould listened to what I was looking to buy and what type of washer I didn’t want. He showed me three options and let me make my decision. Sale and paperwork were done under 15 minutes and we stopped back at the end of the day to load it. I absolutely love Karl’s! I walked in and Eric Gould listened to what I wanted, offered options and took care of me immediately. He knew the different and their differences. Easily took care of my dishwasher and microwave needs and even pointed out the microwave with every feature you can imagine and then some was on sale, so I got that Cadillac!!!Appliance shopping at its best!!

Buying a new appliance is a huge deal to me. I did my due diligence online before I decided to go to Karl’s first. Drew approached me soon after I began walking the fridge aisle. I told him what I wanted, he listened and in short order we had the deal done. Equally as impressive were the 2 strong young men, Chase and Jacob, who hauled out the old and brought in the new. I’m going back to Karl’s the next time I need any appliance.

Crew #4!! Tommy and Brady! Switched out my old washer and dryer for new ones in my basement. Super fast and efficient and super cool guys! Took them 30 min start to finish from the time they got here till the time they left. They know what they’re doing!!

Karl’s is fantastic!! We had ordered a dryer from a big box store that rhymes with “bows” and due to several missteps on their part, we had to cancel with them. Meanwhile, our laundry was piling up at home. We raced to Karl’s, met with Zach Crisp and not only were we in and out within minutes, the dryer at Karl’s was $50 cheaper AND was delivered only 2 days later. We are so grateful for their service and going above and beyond for us!

Karl's is the best!! We were looking to buy a washer/dryer and wanted to go through a local distributor instead of a big box store and we are so glad we did. From the first visit, meeting our salesperson Brad, he was polite, personable, and not too pushy. Very knowledgeable about the products on the floor. Payment, ease of delivery, scheduling, and even a gift certificate to Grille 26 made the experience even better. The W/D were delivered today, by Tommy and his partner. They were both friendly and polite, wore booties or took their shoes off (we have white carpet) and laid down an additional carpet to bring the machines into the basement. They were very careful around doors and walls. Would highly recommend Karl's!!

Drew was amazing! Answered all of our questions and found us the perfect LG fridge for our space. I would recommend asking for Drew when you go to Karl’s in Sioux Falls. The install team was fast too! While install is booked out a couple weeks, once it’s your time and day for install, they’re on time, and they got our fridge installed and leveled within minutes! They were careful in our house too not to ding any walls or doors.

We had the best experience at Karl's with Eric G. He helped us find a dishwasher that was in our budget. He never made us feel pressured or rushed. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was refreshing to work with someone who was helpful without being pushy. I’ve been in professional sales my entire life, and my wife will be the first to tell you—I’m not forgiving when it comes to bad salespeople. I know what a good salesman looks like, and if I don’t see one, I walk. That being said, Dan is a great salesman. Not in the pushy, “sell you everything he can” kind of way. Dan is the kind of salesman who helps you accomplish the goal you came in with—quickly, respectfully, and without pressure. The man is a problem solver. His deep knowledge of the products comes across effortlessly, and it builds real trust and comfort during the process.
I don’t shop at Karl’s because it’s a great company (even though it is). I shop at Karl’s because I met a great salesman named Dan—and he happens to work there.

Brad was the salesman at the 41st Street location in Sioux Falls. He did everything you would expect a salesman to do without being over pushy and walking away when we needed time to think about it. The rest of the employees that we interacted with were also friendly and helpful.

The freezers we picked up were very competitively priced and far under what other appliance stores are asking for them.

The ice maker we bought is a second to none. The price tag may be a little steep but you will not be disappointed.

We purchased four appliances and had them delivered and installed. The delivery guys did an outstanding job making sure everything was properly installed and in good running order. High marks to them for their friendly professionalism.

We are repeat Karl’s customers because of their integrity, service and extended warranty practice. We will always shop for appliances at Karl’s because of these things. We just purchased a LG dishwasher at the Onalaska location and I have to give a big shout out to Daniel White, our salesperson and Jeff the installer. They both provided excellent customer service. They were so patient and thorough in every aspect of the sales and installation process. Daniel helped with the rebate process as well, entering all of the data required so all we had to do was enter two pieces of information. Ask about their extended warranty policy. It will make you a return customer as well.

The delivery guys were the best. Quick efficient and friendly. They took the time to show us the features and made sure everything was working. Can’t wait for the new double oven range to come in.

Crew 5 came and installed our new stove today. They called before they arrived, asked if they could be early (who doesn’t want them earlier) and were so quick. They were great to work with, so nice and answered all my questions. Thank you!

Fantastic! We bought a new fridge and they moved the old fridge to the garage. Now...nothing would fit! The one man team (#2 man got hurt on the previous delivery) calmly took our house doors off, doors off the new fridge, moved the old one, installed the new one, put the doors to the house on, and was incredibly patient and courteous throughout the entire delivery. Still, all that, with one guy and it was all done in under 90 minutes!

After a few communication glitches about the status of our purchase and delivery of our washing machine (Shout out to Todd, Dave, and Kevin), our washer was delivered by Andy and Takota. Issues are addressed professionally and service is always great.

Karl’s has been my husband’s and my “go to” appliance store for over 40 years. Their appliances and service is what you would expect from a family owned business. The salesmen and women are knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you choose what you need. When Andy and Soren delivered and put in my new appliances they took the utmost care to be careful bringing them into the house. They were patient with me and my questions. I cannot remember the young man’s name that delivered my dishwasher but he too was respectful and knowledgeable with the product he was servicing. When you want it done right, you go to Karl’s.

I just purchased my new Frigidaire microwave. Fabulous price on closeout. Installed myself and works flawlessly! I worked with Dave. He is the friendliest most knowledgeable person I've worked with. Knows his inventory, informative about operating appliances, quick with warehouse information, articulate, personable and intelligent. What a great experience from start to finish! The sales folks were very knowledgeable and assisted with getting us exactly what we were looking for. The delivery scheduling was painless. The delivery truck showed up promptly in the window that was promised. Andy & Soren did a great job taking out the old and bringing in the new. They were very respectful with ensuring my wood floors were not damaged and patiently waited for me to move my planters & pots for clearance. Karl's has been my appliance store for many years now. Recently my very old clothes dryer decided to stop working so I went down to Karl's and talked to my salesman Kyle who set me up with a new Maytag dryer AND washer. I figured I might as well go with all new and Kyle found me just what I needed. A few days later a truck backed up to my house to deliver my new appliances. A super friendly guy named Andy came in and hauled out my old washer and dryer all by himself. It didn't take him long to bring in the new appliances and before I had a chance to make something to eat he hollered up the stairs from the basement that he had everything hooked up and ready to go. I gotta tell you Andy is a hard worker and he does an awesome job! I can't say enough good things about Karl's and Kyle and Andy. They sell good products, they're extremely knowledgeable and their service is first class. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Karl's to anyone who needs new appliances. Great overall from start to finish. Sales person was helpful without being overbearing. As for delivery, Logan and Joe are the best. They had to remove the front door, remove the door from the oven and the dishwasher before getting our new fridge where it needed to go. No complaints from them. Hard workers and very personable. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Our prior wash machine began to leak lots of water. We decided to visit Karl's in Sioux Falls to see new Washers & Dryers. We were greeted by Laurie Twedt who helped us find our new LG Washer & Dryer. The only issue was that they were on order, but not in stock yet. Laurie kept in touch with us regarding the status of our order & delivery. The items were delivered as soon as they were received at Karl's and we couldn't be happier! Our delivery guys (Andy & Joe) were on time, were very courteous and had our new LG Washer & Dryer up and running quickly. We purchased a new washer and dryer from Karl’s and it was installed today by Andy and Joe. They were great. Kind, courteous and professional. It was raining and they took time to keep the area clean and dry. I would recommend them to anyone.

Andy and Joe were very careful removing my old washer and bringing in my new one. Andy was quick and thorough with the installation of the new washer. He explained how to use my new machine and made sure I understood it. I really appreciated that!

Laurie helped me with purchasing my first fridge from Karl’s and she was great! Very honest and gave great advice on what to look for as well as pros/cons on all the different brands. She was very knowledgeable. The only negative comment i have to say is the company wasn’t able to price match. I saw the same fridge at another location that was $100 cheaper and free delivery if you spent x amount of dollars but Karl’s wasn’t able to work with that.

The BEST customer Service. I just bought 4 new kitchen appliances. The delivery and installation of of the dishwasher and microwave was way beyond the normal!!!! Scott had a great personality, very professional , great communication and knew what he was doing and quickly. Left the place spotless. He was very careful with the new wood floors that were just put in a week ago. If I could deal with Scott again, I would buy every TV, Washer Dryer, Grill from Karl’s. I hope Karls rewards outstanding employees like Scott. I would hire Scott as a Customer Service Manager, and teach all

Quality service and sales at Karl’s!

Delivery showed up on time. Was given a heads up phone call when they were on there way which was much appreciated. Andy and Joe were great. They took care to make sure nothing was damaged during removal of old appliances as well as during installation of new appliances. Everything that was delivered was tested by them before they left and on the way out they took all packaging garbage with them. Overall a great experience.

A salesman approached us within 10 minutes of being there. He was very friendly. We knew what we wanted when we came. They had the LG electric stove in the color we wanted. The Karls in Sioux Falls has always met our expectations. We were in need of a new refrigerator ASAP and it needed to be delivered next day. They got us on the schedule for the next day. To Andy the installer who solo installed my fridge all while my kids were home and was cheerful and down to business all while being kind to my kiddos and answering their questions about the not so different looking new refrigerator.

Delivery was right on time. (In fact I was late) Pricing was less than I expected. Everyone was great to work with. And it took a combined total of 30min of effort to measure, find, select, and pay for a new fridge (which is way better than my old one - thanks guys!)

Karl’s is a great place to purchase an appliance! Brian is so knowledgeable and helpful. He spent a lot of time answering all of our questions regarding washing machines and even provided important advice involving detergent. I’m so thankful for our experience at Karl’s! We have purchased a dishwasher, dryer, and washing machine now from there and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!

Just bought a new fridge/freezer - there were only a few options that fit our space and Karl's had two of them in stock with one on a very nice sale! Delivery and installation went smoothly - despite it being below zero, windy, and icy out! Andy and Joe had to take the front door off the hinges to get it in, but they put everything back the way they found it. One extra bonus we didn't expect - they had already tried the unit out and had it chilled so we didn't need to wait for it to get cold before we could use it. Thanks Karl's!

C3 Andy and Andrew went above and beyond delivering our range and refrigerator. One of the coldest days this winter, on a Saturday and on their day off! Couldn't find what we wanted at the big box stores, but Karl's had just what we wanted. Great selection and the place to go if you need replacement filters and parts. The guy who works in the delivery department has fabulous customer service. He seems to really love his job.

We purchased a refrigerator from Karl's and had it delivered, The guys on Crew 3 were above amazing! Andy and Joe went above and beyond to take out the old refrigerator that died on us and took expert skill in installing the new LG! They are super polite and really take good care of your house - moving the big units in and out! No scratches, dents or damage - these guys are pro's. I have purchased from Karl's before. Usually everything, start to finish, is very good. This time, while everything has worked out well, it was a bit rocky getting to the desired end result. I ordered my appliances in September but just received them do to the refrigerator being back ordered. Not Karl's fault but I was told 2 weeks originally, turned into 2 months. Secondly, they charged my credit card as if they were still on track to meet a 2-week delivery. Vendors aren't supposed to do that. Third, the delivery guys were an hour late and lastly due to the 2 months delay I am having trouble applying for the rebates which the manufacturers advertised.

My frustration with Karls is poor communication. I always seemed to be doing the calling and follow-up. Once I got to someone everything was always cared for expeditiously, and their technical people were great, went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the installations and delivery. Just wish they were more proactive with the phone calls and information.

We were very happy with our experience with Karl’s! Drew made the buying process easy for us. He was kind, helpful, and had great communication.

Andy and Joe delivered our washer and dryer and were very knowledgeable about installing the appliances the correct way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall! We would definitely recommend Karl’s to anyone and go through them again!

Andy and Joe delivered and installed my new LG refrigerator and range. I don't remember the name of the gentleman that delivered and installed my dishwasher and microwave. They were prompt and did everything necessary to get my appliances into a split foyer house. After the install they were very informative on the working of my appliances. They asked if we had questions made sure that all of our questions were answered. I recommend them and am very satisfied with it all.

Joe Rodman was great when we went to pick up our appliances. He was very courteous and helpful. The salesman for our washer/dryer was great. We didn't have as good as luck with the salesman who sold all of our kitchen appliances. Slow to respond that is if he did respond back. We were very disappointed in his follow through. Still haven't received all of the product we wanted with our stove. It's only been two years??

I just completed a kitchen remodel including all new appliances from Karl's. Mark, the salesperson who assisted me did a fantastic job as always, and the delivery guys, Andy and Joe were amazing. My kitchen posed some challenges as I switched from an electric range to a dual fuel gas/electric combination. The refrigerator also had to fit into a unique opening. The delivery team Dan and Thom (crew 5) gave me a courtesy call before arriving. They were quick to measure all doorways they would need to go through to set up my new fridge up. They went right to work gave me a quick tutorial, removed the old fridge to the garage and quickly had that one set up and level.

We recently moved to Sioux Falls and in our move we lost the power cord to our TV. We had tried various stores to get a replacement and were not able to find one. I called Karl's and spoke with Dan Vanden Berg and Dan went above and beyond in being helpful to get our problem resolved. Dan was very attentive to our needs and listened well and was understanding of the specific type of power cord we needed. Dan was able to locate one at your store and reserved it for us. When we came to pick it up, Dan was very friendly and gracious and confirmed it was the type of cord we needed and wanted to know if we had any questions or anything else he could help us with. We are very thankful for Dan helping us resolve our problem so quickly and he is a great testimony of the customer service Karl's provides. When needs arrive as we get settled in Sioux Falls, we will definitely check first with Karl's because of Dan's excellent service and help.

We cannot say enough great things about Dan. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were picking out our washing machine. Our washer quit unexpectedly so we were in a bit of a bind. Dan recognized that we had twins and lots of laundry so worked with the delivery team to ensure a very quick delivery so that we wouldn’t be without a washer. Very helpful sales associate Kyle and professional delivery crew #3 (thanks Andy & Joe)! Had some some prior research and talked with Kyle a bit in store. He made it very easy to call him after we left and complete the purchase without having to come back into the store. Easy delivery setup and they called prior to arriving letting us know it would be 20-25 min, which was very helpful given the two hour delivery window. Andy & Joe were very professional and moved our old fridge where it needed to go, along with setting up the new one and answering any questions we had before leaving. We shopped at Karl's knowing we'd get better customer service than a big box store and that's exactly what we got.

Crew 4- Joe and Joe came out and installed our new oven and took our old one away. They were kind, courteous, and helpful. They were very respectful not to damage the walls or doors as they took the old stove and brought in the new one. They explained things on the new oven and told us how to take care of it. I would gladly have them deliver future products we would buy! I appreciate the fast friendly service!

Delivery guys, Dan and Joe were awesome! They had to take our front door off and take the doors and drawers off the new fridge to get it in the house. They did so with no complaints and were very professional. It was obvious these guys took their job seriously and cared about the condition they left our house in and the condition of our new appliance. Hey also arrived within 5 min of the scheduled delivery time. Perfect delivery and install!

I love the customer service here. The prices are similar to big box stores, but you get a more personal experience. The price on our television went down shortly after we purchased it, and it was very easy getting the difference credited back to our credit card. We recently bought a new refrigerator and fortunately for us, had the same salesman today. We now needed a new stove and the salesman really listened to what we were looking for and the price range we wanted to be in. We decided to get a new dishwasher at the same time so all appliances would once again match. He helped us get some great rebates which helped us too!

I went to the store very desperate to easily get a new clothes dryer by myself because my husband had just been in the hospital and was home ill. Andrew assisted me and was very helpful. He gave me the info I needed and helped find the easiest and fastest way for me to get a new dryer and get it installed. I very much appreciated his kindness and efficiency in getting the task accomplished. The dryer is due to arrive tomorrow, I can't wait! I have several loads of laundry to get washed and dried. I didn't shop around a lot - so maybe I was overcharged, but Karl's got me a washer and dryer in my house, the very next day. I stopped in, spoke to a sales rep, got a bunch of signatures handled and next day I have a lovely washer and dryer set in my basement, installed, ready to go. I even called the day of delivery to switch to an electric dryer instead, and they switched it out and refunded the difference that same day. Seriously - NO HASSLE. They explained everything crystal clear, from the warranty, to the costs and fees. I had a great experience with Karl's.

Karl's employees have top notch customer service skills! After having terrible experiences with appliances from a local big box store and the installation company that they used, I was weary. But my experience with Karl's has been so pleasant, I wish I had gone to them first! The sales associate (Leddy) answered all of my questions, checked measurements, made sure to get me the best price possible. Their warranty plan is way better than the big box stores, too. Jerry installed my dishwasher; he was polite, careful, and did a great job trouble shooting when the space and lines weren't set up properly by the builder. The two men that came to do the washer/dryer set up were just as great. Both installers made sure the appliances operated well before they left and took the time to walk me through the features! I should've gone to Karl's first, and I will for sure get any appliances from them in the future!
