Roger’s plumbing and heating is the most excellent choice for quality, fairness and expertise. They did a fantastic job installing new AC and Furnace and Garage furnace. The quietest AC system on the market, and the most efficient smart unit available! But above all, they presented me with multiple choices and plans. Plus the after care is amazing! Zach, personally went through the details and set up, and helped with all the programming, so that we have the best environment humanly possible. He makes sure you understand the system, how it works, and takes the time to answer any and all questions. Best part is, they told me that they could continue to maintain my old system, and left the decision to me. So they don’t try to upsell or over sell, and you can trust their advice. Taylor came to my new house three times within the first couple months (all for different things 🙂 - new garbage disposal, leaky shut off valves and new bath tub drains) and was professional, quick, organized, cleanly. So impressed. Would call for them to service again (but, hopefully I don't need to for a while 😉)

It's been one year since the installation of a new carrier two stage gas furnace from Rogers. Sales call was professional with all options explained along with cost. Installation went very well Adam and Kevin, very knowledgeable and professional with top-notch work. Efficiency of the new furnace and Central humidifier along with Ecobee, smart thermostat has kept us very comfortable and definitely was the right choice. Very satisfied!

Had two great experiences with Rogers. They installed a gas line for my gas dryer and a few months later a humidifier to my HVAC. Both times they were timely, cleaned up after, and most importantly did the work well. I will use them in the future.

I was in a situation which Tad Fiegen from Western Housing installed Duct work that wasn't up to code according to City on the modular house he sold us. Fighting through this experience was painful. Zach Jorgenson was our hero! Open, honest, No BS-- explained well and was happy to answer questions and work with us. He went above and beyond. The team that came out and replaced and tied things together also did a great job. Quality work, and looks great!

Zach and his team are amazing. They got us on their ac maintenance plan and the team had great communication, were timely, and are so knowledgeable.

Our heat pump system was put out on bids when replacement was needed. Mike with Roger's replied promptly and explained the their bids in detail. After reviewing 2 other company's bids we decided to go with Roger's. Decided on a Monday, complete install on Thursday. Great people to work with from Mike, to techs for install to office people. VERY pleased with the Bosch system.

Our furnace went out late on a Friday night. The service tech was out the next day and went the extra mile to help us, but there were too many issues to make a repair worthwhile. We went with a new Carrier system installed by Roger's and they were also prompt and professional.

My experience with Roger’s Heating and Plumbing was incredible! My AC unit went out. Roger’s was able to send someone out the same day I called. Michael was on time and very professional. Michael was extremely informative and made sure I understood everything he was explaining. Michael quoted me for a new AC and furnace, with multiple options. Once I chose my option, Michael had me scheduled for installation within a week. Michael also made a repair on my current AC unit to make sure we had AC while we waited for the new installation! After a poor experience with the company initially called, I’m extremely happy with Roger’s Heating and Plumbing!

Our outdoor faucet broke. We bought a new faucet. Had to put a hole in the wall and the pipe had been sweated on. We didn't know what to do. So on friday, I called Roger's plumbing & Heating thinking here we go another pay out for home repairs. I don't know his name but he told us what we needed to do. He didn't have to do that. He could have said let's just make an appointment for next week. We did what he told us to do and we got it done. To me that is amazing. Then today Monday they called to see if we got it fixed. Amazing!!

Roger's does great work with friendly service and reasonable prices. They gave us a reasonable quote on a new system for a very old farm house outside of Sioux Falls that other companies wouldn't do. They ate timely with their service calls and great to work with.

Wonderful service. Great job of diagnosing & repairing the issues with my air-conditioning unit. This saved me thousands of dollars, compared to what competitors had quoted. Needless to say, I again contacted them when I had issues with my water heater. Again they were able to make the necessary repairs vs the cost of replacement. My electric boiler went out in my shop. They were at my shop within a day, had me a quote that night, and replaced with a propane boiler within a few days. Mike was fantastic to deal with. I believe I talked to the owner on the phone and he was trying to repair my old boiler in the meantime. Both great people to deal with. Highly recommend!

We have been working with Roger's Plumbing & Heating for years. When we bought our 1st house they replaced the furnace and A/C. Roger's service was top notch when ever we had an issue. We have now bought a townhouse and would not think about having anyone else replace the furnace, A/C and installed a water softener.

Roger's has lots of options available, does free estimates, has people who are very knowledgeable and friendly. They stand behind there products and work.

When they came into our home to do the install they were very considerate, they cleaned up after the work was complete and no one had to be home for them to do the work. I was so impressed when I came home from work and say what a wonderful job they did.

When ever we had an issues all we had to do is call and they always took care of the problem. They know all about the warranties on the products and do what ever they can to keep the repair cost down.

My husband and I have no issues referring people to Roger's cause we know they will always do their best, and we ourselves would not go any where else.

I highly recommend this business! My sister had another company she found on Google go to our elderly parents home because our dad thought their furnace was out. They were told they needed a new furnace and were quoted 10k for a new furnace. The guy was very pushy about them signing paperwork that day and said they would help them with financing. My husband thought that was a little suspicious and asked that I call Roger's plumbing and heating for a second opinion. I called them early morning and they were able to go to my parents home that same day. My parents were told they did not need a new furnace and that it looked like some cables had been moved around. I value their honesty and I know who my family will be calling if we are ever in need of their services.

We received a notice on our ecobee app that the furnace had quit working while we were miles from home. I contacted Rogers Plumbing and within 3 hours all was well! They are an amazing company with such a great product and even better service. They treat you like family. We tell all our friends to pick them....you should too!

I’m a truck driver. I was out of town, when my wife notified me that our heater would not work. So I started calling around. So glad I found Roger’s. I was able to schedule an appointment to have A technician come out and take a look at my heater and AC unit. We were able to get both heater and AC unit replaced in a very timely manner. The technician that came out was very nice, polite and friendly. He answered all of my wife’s questions and concerns. Thank you again for coming out and doing such a wonderful job.

Called Roger's, around 2pm. They had 3 guys at my house by 3:45 (Elija, ??) Sorry guys. They did great work and were done installing a new 50 gallon water heater by 5pm.

Very reliable. We had a pipe freeze on Christmas eve, in a snow storm, at midnight and had to shutt off water at home. We called every plumber in town and Roger's plumbing was the only one who responded and sent a plumber to save the day. They also did not charge us more than the usual. We only worked with Roger's plumbing ever since. Thank you for being reliable.

I've used Roger's Plumbing & Heating for years. They installed a new negative airflow unit heater in one of my commercial buildings on time and on budget.
They installed a new gas furnace and central air conditioner in a rental house in middle of winter in 1 day. We had to wait a couple days for delivery of the new furnace and the same day our old furnace failed they brought over two 220 volt space heaters that heated the house to comfortable temps.
New furnace was installed on time and on budget. Chris helped me with rebate forms and we got a nice rebate from the furnace company.
Roger's furnace service man made a after hours holiday service call over Christmas to fix a shop heater for me. He had to go get a part and still had it fixed in 2 hours.
So I have all good experience with Roger's with commercial, rental properties, and my own residence.

Roger's was prompt, affordable and dependable when installing new ac compressor. Also, refurbished my 1989 furnace and helped save money and kept the quality unit running!! Would only recommend Roger's for any ac/ heating needs!

These guys were so great. I had them install a jetted bathtub in my home in 2020, there were a few unexpected hiccups and they handled them excellently. The main guy they had come over's name was Taylor, I believe. He was so professional and let me know what was going on every step of the way, and also gave me some "heads up" about the pipes in my home that I had just bought. Will definitely be a returning customer if/when I need it.

Rogers came and serviced our HVAC, thanks to the service plan that checks it twice per year. The same tech helped us with a plumbing problem! Everything was fixed quickly and completely. We were very pleased and will call them again.

My Air conditioner was not blowing cold air the summer of 2023. This happened on Friday morning. I kind of knew it was going to be rough trying to get a tech here before Monday. I called around town and all were booked up for 5-6 days out and wouldn’t even work with me to try to squeeze me in any time over the weekend.
I contacted Roger’s. I’m so glad I did. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and understanding and said she would see what her techs we’re working on and get back to me. Less then 20 minutes later she called back to tell me a tech was on my side of town and would forgo his lunch time to look at my system. The next thing I know, they were at my door!. The work was done quickly and professionally. The tech had on a uniform and didn’t give off any “creepy “ vibes. They will be our first call in the future!

Initially we had another popular local vendor that wasn’t honest in their service. We switched to Roger’s and have been extremely satisfied with their service from beginning to end. We replaced a furnace, air conditioner, and water heater. Their technicians are knowledgeable and great to work with.

We had a gas line run from meter through storage area and finished basement ceiling to kitchen for our gas stove. They did it with no mess, no holes to repair and very quickly!! It was a fabulous experience, especially after 2 nightmare estimates loaded with damage/repair costs!! Roger’s is the BEST!! We also had them install a humidifier on the furnace… same great results!!😁

The A/C went out and Roger's was fast to meet with me and discuss options. As soon as the decision was made on the replacement Roger's replaced the A/C and furnace almost the very next day. They were amazing to work with, the removal of the old and replacement of the new was efficient and very professional. I highly recommend them for your needs.

Needed repairs to our 13 yr. old furnace, my 1st call was to Roger's, best call we made., so needed a new water heater a couple yrs. later & called Roger's again we had talked about a tankless water heater & Josh arraigned the whole thing, I had also wanted a water softner so we had to talk about how the plumbing had to run to correct areas, so all happened at same time.
We needed to move our 18 yr. old by now ac by now, because a house was being built to close to our lot line so put a new account unit & new furnace at the same time & boy did we save money this winter on gas bill, because of energy efficiency. Everyone was great to work with, you can call them for anything anytime if you need to.
They also do twice a yr. maintenance on your equipment which is great.

Furnace and AC were original to the house and needed to be replaced. The Roger's team was very professional and explained the different options without pushing the most expensive option. The install crew was great and did an amazing job answering any questions I had.

Excellent service at my home this morning to install new faucet that needed some alterations to work on our antique tub. Very reasonable price and we could tell the plumber knew what he was doing. Very happy.

Prompt service on a broken furnace was much appreciated! The technician was excellent. He diagnosed the problem quickly and tracked down the needed part quickly, even though the brand of my furnace was different from the brand his company represents.

We thought there was something wrong with our heating unit. We shut it down and called them to check it. They were there within 1 and 1/ 2 hour, they checked it over. They called and told us what they found so there were no surprises. It worked great when we got home and have had no problems since. After getting news from a different company (Air Serv) that I would have about $2,000 of repairs on my furnace or about $5,000 for a new one I decided to get a second opinion. I called Roger's and my technician (Nolan) checked over every aspect of our furnace. While the competitor wanted to charge me thousands of dollars, my technician informed me that it was simply due to a dirty filter. I had replaced the filter a little less than a month ago, but it accumulated a higher degree of dust and hair due to the high number of dogs my wife and I foster. I highly recommend Roger's and was more than impressed with the thorough diagnostic tests that Nolan not only performed, but thoroughly explained to me. I decided we needed a water softener and called Roger's Plumbing and Heating to set up an appointment. The installer arrived right at the time requested, laid down tarps to prevent tracking and a mess, promptly completed the install, and gave thorough instructions on operations and care. Very professional service from start to finish and the invoice total was less than price quoted. Excellent experience and totally satisfied with the new soft water experience.

I have used them for many years. They installed a new system with a heat pump and furnace about 6 years ago and do maintenance in the spring and fall. They have always been very professional and the technicians are friendly and neat. I have recommended them to different family members and friends and they have all been pleased with them also.

Highly recommmend! Saw Rogers ad on the morning news . I had been using another provider and they said they “fixed my issue” with the first air conditioner fan in the spring of 2018. Then had another issue with the same air conditioner fan. I called Rogers and they fixed it and were honest. Then the second air conditioner unit finally went out in the 100 degree heat week. I called the original service provider to fix it and they couldn’t come out for at least a week. So I reached out to Roger’s again. Josh came out the very next morning and gave us plenty of options for a new air conditioner and furnace should I want to replace both as they were 30 years old, however he said I could have kept using my original furnace. I ended up replacing both the furnace and air conditioner with a new one. (Incidentally, my original 2 furnaces were Carrier and 2 airconditioners were Trane.). Josh was open and honest, prompt and courteous and professional. He also called just to check in and make sure things were good. He looked at the first furnace and air conditioner and said that they were getting aged but that I could still try to use them if I wanted. He told me the pros and cons of each along with showing me how the new ones would save monies and the amounts. They wore shoe covers when they had to go into the house. They even filled out the rebate paperwork for us. We couldn’t have asked for more. They also had a nice gift for us after all of the work. You can tell they are a hard working family business and have a great product and even better service. They deserve an opportunity and your business.
