About
Zome's Construction builds and remodels homes across the Sioux Falls area.
Kevin started Zome's Construction, Inc. in 1997, when he was 22 years old. He started with various projects - some framing and siding, but mostly roofing. In 2001 he built his first house. Since then he has built all different styles and sizes of houses; gaining much experience over just a short period of time.
Selecting a plan is one of the first steps in building a new home. Kevin works with his customers from the very beginning - by helping them design a plan that meets their individual needs, while at the same time creating a home with a distinctive look they can be proud of.
Just the right touch can be added to a home to make it stand out among all the rest. Zome's Construction accomplishes this by creating custom fireplaces and millwork - turning an average house into a beautiful home at a reasonable cost.
Zome's Construction has a group of subcontractors and suppliers that share his goal to create quality homes with an affordable cost.

Very reasonably priced for roof and new gutters with gutter guards. Got 4 bids on our twin home and Zomes had them beat by $2,000-$12,000! There was at least 7-8 guys the day they did the roof. Excellent work and clean up afterwards. Very impressed!
Came back from my deployment to a leaking roof. Master bedroom had water coming in from the light fixtures. it was a complete mess. Called several companies to get the roof fixed and no one was able to make the time to come over, since im pretty far out, close to lake benton area. Kevin from Zomes construction made it happen despite being very busy from a recent storm. Kevin was a man of his word and got the job done fast. Thank you to Kevin at Zomes Construction for helping me out in a pinch, during my time back home with my loved ones.
He inspected my roof for damage and I had none!
Kevin is very responsive and worked with my insurance company on our claim. I would recommend them for roof replacement when you have hail damage.
Very fast, very professional, and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
We have now used Zome's Construction three times. Kevin is great to work with and his sub contractors and vendors are wonderful as well. He has done anywhere from a small job for us to a full remodel to an addition.
First class service and accountability. Was willing to work inside our busy daily schedules and keep everyone informed. Constant communication was the norm when working with Zome’s.
After going through what seemed like a hundred houses that were for sale we weren't able to find a house that fit our needs so we were referred to Kevin with Zomes Construction. Kevin explained the entire building process to us and was there every step of the way and built us house that we are extremely happy with.
